How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Disrupting Shout is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is effect type 114, which the datamine does not name. Its area radius is 14 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 11. Its base value is 800. Its area radius is 14 yards.
  3. Effect 3 is Interrupt Cast (effect type 68). It applies the interrupted mechanic. Its area radius is 14 yards.

What it does

Disrupting Shout is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 90 sec cooldown and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 14 yard radius and interrupts spellcasting with the interrupted mechanic in a 14 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the taunted mechanic.
