PhysicalTooltip
Empowers the Rune of Nullication with Dominating Power.
How it works
Dominating Power is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.
- Effect 2 is effect type 203, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Nullification Rune Empowered.
What it does
Dominating Power is a spell with a 2 sec cast, a range of 200 yards and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Nullification Rune Empowered.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
