How it works

Dormant is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  2. Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Dormant.

What it does

Dormant is a spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). It also casts Dormant (record #426987) and Dormant (record #428042).
