Draenic Swiftness Potion

This is the Draenic version of the Swiftness Potion. However, it's duration is almost cut in half from 15 seconds to 8 seconds. To make up for this shortcoming, the Draenic version increases your movement speed by 70% and your swim speed by 200%. Both have a 1 minute CD. At first I disliked the duration buff then it dawned on me that why not just use both? If you properly utilize both potions in tandem, you should be able to decide which one to pop based on your situation. Do you need a quick burst or a sustained increase in speed? However it is worth to note that this potion consumes different resources than it's counterpart. Instead of two herbs ( Swiftthistle & Briarthorn ) it needs Crescent Oil (x1) and Blackwater Whiptail Flesh (x3), which can be fished up in Talador with a [item=110294], which is also fished up.
