I have picked up umpteen treasure chests in this scenario, even going back and making sure I got them all. (I think the small ones respawn). I cannot get this recipe. If this is the ONLY place it drops, then alas, I am afraid it is unattainable, and therefore a bug.

There are three sizes of chests. Big ones require 10 withered to teleport (when you interact with them). Small one require 5 withered to teleport. And a tiny whiny little chest which gives you loot directly, which is order resources and grays. The tiny ones may respawn, the others doesn't
