TheWoWDB[item=136902] is not a drop; at least not for the [npc=97206].
The [npc=97206] has 7 spawn locations in the Emerald Nightmare. The area where they spawn can only be reached after defeating Xavius. The respawn timer is approximately 5-7 min. All 3 pets in the fight will be [npc=97206]. I found that the [npc=68659] (1/1/1) made easy work of these, but take your [npc=84915] or [npc=63365] if you are worried about killing them.
There are 3 possible breeds for the [npc=97206]:
- P/P - 1400/341/244
- P/B - 1465/305/257
- P/S - 1400/305/273
