Your damaging abilities build the Echoing Void. Each time it builds, Echoing Void has a chance to collapse, dealing Shadow damage to all nearby enemies every 1 sec until no stacks remain.

Cannot be applied to items lower than level. This effect is fleeting and will only work during The War Within Season 2.

How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 2 times over the full 2 sec. It triggers Echoing Void.

What it does

Echoing Void is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 2 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Echoing Void (record #1225889).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
