Elemental Shatter

Gives 421 of a secondary stat (211 primary stat instead for Order) at level 70, and 25 skill in enchanting crafts using the item or its Rousing form, for 10 minutes, when shattering an Awakened Fire, Awakened Earth, Awakened Frost, Awakened Air, or Awakened Order. The enchantment skill part seems to be intended to only be available at Primal Extraction 40, but displays both on the buff tooltip and in the profession pane at Primal Extraction 10. Multiple buffs can be active at a time, and this skill bonus does stack, so enchanting crafts using multiple elements can benefit from multiple Elemental Shatter buffs. The buffs are removed immediately when leaving the Dragon Isles, and using Elemental Shatter on the same element again sets the duration back to 10 minutes.

Awakened Fire gives crit ([spell=392819]), Awakened Earth gives mastery ([spell=392812]), Awakened Frost gives versatility ([spell=392820]), Awakened Air gives haste ([spell=392761]), and Awakened Order gives (211) primary stat ([spell=392821]).

Although they are available in both Rousing and Awakened forms, Awakened Decay and Awakened Ire cannot be used with Elemental Shatter.

As of 11.0 prepatch, this no longer seem to increase enchanting skill. Concentration can kinda be used as a replacement though, but obviously it is limited.

Shattering an Awakened Frost with 40 enchanting skill gives 421 versatility buff that gets removed upon entering an instance. Buff also says it increases enchanting skill when using that element.
