IT GETS WORSE... there is a nasty 10 minute cool down once you acquire ....
So farming these are horrific.....

EVEN WORSE ... If you haven't used your Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler before, its not "Equipped" yet, and thus the first elemental you engage you have to pop the Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler for the first time on the target, in combat with it, AND click the BIND ON EQUIP popup or you will not be able to use it to capture a soul. The only good news is you can do that early in the fight but because you do so, you will have to wait 30 seconds for it to COOL DOWN before you can use it again, REMEMBER you have to use it late in the fight WHILE IT DIES before you can capture the soul, so this makes equipping it first time, very important and trickier than you would imagine.

All of these reasons makes getting a frosty soul for your shoulders or whatever very terrible ! ... I despise developers who make evil mechanics like this ...
