The LK speed enchant Tuskarr's Vitality has a +15 stam. This has +6 agil. This is a much better choice for Hunter's that want this enchant.
With the coming of TBC stamina has just become a cheaper stat. For every item with 10 agi on you can find some item with 15 sta on it. You need lot's of it for PvP but in PvE more stamina, as a rogue or dmg druid, doesn't really matter a lot.
