TheWoWDBAs a tank, it's a toss up between this and lavawalker. Given that this requires only 425 in enchanting and minor mats vs. Lavawalker, I'm sticking with this in the short-term.
I know some will disagree with the choice of movement speed increase, but all the bosses so far in heroics are demonstrating to me that mobility is very important.

The difference in price is no doubt the mats. Only 2 hypnotic dust for this enchant versus all the mats of lavawalker (burning a very pricey maelstrom crystal to make in addition to the dream shards and greater celestial essences), no question why it's ungodly expensive.
The speed increase is the reason for the enchants popularity. That and its dirt cheap. The 8% movement speed is outweighs 50 hit rating no matter what your hit cap is looking like.
