Elemental Shamans tbh. Based on stat weights, an ele shaman would need about +58 int to compete with 65 haste.
Is there any class/spec that would actually prefer this enchant instead of +50 Agility, Strength, or Intellect?
I'm wondering if I should even bother trying to sell scrolls for this enchant.
