Tanks will have to choose between this and the new expertise enchant if they want to use Northrend mats for wrist enchants.
Or you can farm Outlands mats for the +12 stamina fortitude enchant.
I'd estimate the better choices for tanks would be Enchant Bracers - Expertise if you need more threat or Enchant Bracers - Major Stamina if you need more health.
