TheWoWDBClasses who get 2x AP for 1 point of strenght would be use another enchant - Enchant Bracer - Brawn. It will cost complitely same and you will benefit from buffs like Blessing of Kings (+10% to stats, and not affecting AP).

As a result this is a rogue and hunter enchant only: if you're an enchanter, do any other classes a favour and tell them they'd be better off with Brawn.
Not entirely true. Items with a non-level requirement, such as
- Parachute Cloak
- , can be enchanted with enchants that normally require level 35, proving it DOES go by the item level in certain cases.
