Restore mana prime will give more mana in fights lasting over approximately 2 minutes anyway, so it will be a preferable enchant for most purposes.
As a holypaladin this is superior to http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=44509
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=54428 if used every cooldown and replenishment gives you back 40% of your mana every minute.
40% of 250 is 100. Thats (100/60)*5 mp/5 ie 8,3 mp/5 as compared to 8 from the other enchant.
In addition to this this is also alot cheaper!
