+6 SpiritNo more, no less. It's obviously better the more of those stats you have any use for. Note that this enchant will work with talents that affect (or are based on) your Stamina or Intellect, whereas enchants that give +health or +mana will not.

This enchant is a reputation reward for your corresponding faction (Honor Hold/Thrallmar) in Hellfire Peninsula. Requires revered to be purchased.
Looks good to me too as a Beastmaster hunter. The pet gains part of my stamina, but not my health, so I would rather have stamina, plus agility and other stats vs a health enchant that'll benefit myself only, when I don't have any business getting hit in combat anyway. ;)
