TheWoWDBBottom line, this enchant costs like 5g tops. It's comparable to 6 stats and 15 spirit for most classes, but costs like 1/10th as much. Rather than splitting hairs, you might as well put down the 5g and forget about it.

Slight correction, 1 intellect gives 15 mana, so its actually "only" equal to 40 intellect.
The Priest Discipline talent Meditation allows you to regen during the five second rule, but only 15% of what you would normally do outside of the fsr. The balance between mp5 and Spirit ultimately depends on your duty cycle, in that you need to find how much time you normally spend inside the fsr. Please refer to this page for an idea of the ratio between the two.
