One of the cheapest ways to level enchanting from 315 to 325 if you don't want to risk missing levels with the yellow brawn or assault to bracers enchants.
However, Enchant Gloves - Assault might be the better option, since it costs the same, and, like the posters above have mentioned, this enchant really isn't very good.
