I've been wondering that myself, so I took a quick look at the different enchants:
Enchant Gloves:
+65 Mastery, +50 Strength (Maelstrom)
+50 Expertise, +35 Strength, +50 Haste, +50 Mastery (Regular)Enchant Boots:
+25 Agility/movement, +35 Mastery/movement (Maelstrom)
+50 Mastery, +50 Hit, +35 Agility, +50 Haste, +30 Stamina/movement (Regular)Enchant Cloak:
+65 Crit (Maelstrom)
+50 Intellect, +250 Armor, +50 Crit, +30 Intellect, +70 Spell Pen (Regular)As you can see, each of these three areas only have one Primary DPS Stat each.
Enchant Gloves has Strength, Enchant Boots has Agility and Enchant Cloak has Intellect.
Granted, one could question whether Agility-users got short-cut due to the movement speed on their enchant, but pretty much everyone dealing DPS will agree that movement speed is favourable on most boss encounters.

Where the hell is an agility version of this enchant?
Ok downraters ...why? ...valid question ...i'd like to know why there isn't an INT (or AGI) equivalent for non-STR users ...seems unfair.
