Adds 0.45% chance to block an attack at level 85.

With the change to mastery from block rating this item now provides 0.2789 mastery, which equates to 0.6275% block for a paladin and 0.4184% block/crit block for a warrior at 85.

Nice little buff for Paladin Tanks in patch 4.1. Went from the equivalent of slightly more than 36 Mastery to straight-up 50 Mastery. I was quite pleasantly surprised.

40 block rating is equivalent to 39.07 mastery rating for protection paladins (and only protection paladins) as it takes that much mastery to add 0.45% to block @ lvl 85.
