TheWoWDBThis is an odd one... Name and weapon effect relate to snow, procc effect is an explosion, and it deals nature damage. Almost makes me wonder why it doesn't leave an arcane DoT and increases vulnerability to shadow damage.

It benefits from Enhancement mastery, but not from Stormstrike.
