TheWoWDBAs a full frost mage, tested by spamming ice lance on Dr. Boom:
1. It can crit for 150 % dmg.
2. Affected by SOME frost talent, as a full frost mage, it hits for 157-158, crit for 243-244 (with chaotic meta)
3. Seems to have ~20sec cooldown
4. Always proc from first few ice lance.
5. Crit rate affected by spell crit rate.edit: doesnt proc from molten armor, disappointed.

Speculation is that the enchant drops from Lord Ahune who is part of the midsummer fire festival which takes place from the 21st of June through till the 5th of July.
