Finally an upgrade over the old Formula: Enchant Weapon - Mighty Spirit from Thorium Brotherhood. Can't believe Outland didn't offer a single +Spirit to Weapon enchant.
All Enchants that simply state "Enchant Weapon" can be put on both 1-handers and 2-handers. As far as I know it's only the ones that clearly state "Enchant 2H Weapon" that can only be put on 2-handers.
