How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. Its base value is 50 per tick. It ticks every 0.1 sec.

What it does

Enduring Rage is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura every 0.1 sec.
