How it works

- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 10 times over the full 5 sec. It triggers Power Overwhelming.
What it does
Extermination Beam is a Fire spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec. It also casts Power Overwhelming.
