How it works

Fel Devastation is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.

Fel Devastation is a Fire spell with an instant cast, a range of 20 yards and effects that last 2 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.2 sec and applies an aura. It also casts Fel Devastation (record #393834).
