Corrupts the caster with fel energy. Increases damage done by 100% and decreases movement speed by 80% for 15 sec. When the caster successfully melee attacks an enemy, fel fire is formed.

How it works

Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 1 sec.
