I thought this was just a ordinary white Imp but I was wrong! [item=97551] drops off [npc=15688] and when learned you get this pet.
Terestian Illhoof is the optional boss in Karazhan's Library wing. You fight this Satyr along with his minion, [npc=17229]. Here comes the fun part, when you summon your Fiendish Imp you get the chance of summoning Kil'rek himself! It's completely random. When it does happen Kil'rek says the following:
Hey, you're not that stinking goat! What do you want with Kil'rek.I now love this pet because of this quirk.
Learned from [item=97551] that drops off of [npc=15688] in [zone=3457].
