How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 20. Its base value is 20 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec, 5 times over the full 5 sec (100 base in total).

What it does

First Aid is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. The client files the whole spell under the healing mechanic.
