How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1.5 sec, 2 times over the full 3 sec. It triggers Flash Bomb.
What it does
Flash Bomb is a spell with a 1.5 sec cast, a range of 15 yards, a 9 sec cooldown and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1.5 sec. It also casts Flash Bomb (record #175652).
