How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 6 times over the full 3 sec. It triggers Flurry.
What it does
Flurry is a spell with a 1.2 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 3 sec cooldown and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec. It also casts Flurry (record #219656).
