This is most likely the non-epic flying mount made by engineers. Will be introduced in patch 2.3
For some reason I always whistle Ride of the Valkyries when I'm flying around in this thing. The various parts probably cost more than a normal flying mount, but it's great to be unique. If you're already in outland, the pieces should be easy enough to get. Mostly just Fel Iron.
