How it works
Focused Laser is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec. It triggers Focused Laser.
- Effect 2 is effect type 140, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Focused Laser Visual.
What it does
Focused Laser is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Focused Laser (record #64683) and Focused Laser Visual.
