How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Fortifying Brew is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 133. Its base value is 20.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 87. Its base value is -20.
- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 61. Its base value is 15.
What it does
Fortifying Brew is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 90 sec cooldown and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
