How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Frenzied Strikes is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Dummy (effect type 3). Its area radius is 8 yards.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 8 times over the full 8 sec. It triggers Frenzied Strikes.
What it does
Frenzied Strikes is a spell with a 2 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 13 sec cooldown and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Frenzied Strikes (record #127560).
