The Frozen Destroyer unleashes a nova of frost that inflicts 30 Frost damage to all players and an additional 7 Frost damage every 2 sec for 20 sec. The chilling blast also reduces movement speed by 10%. This effect stacks.
How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Frost Binds is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 30. Its area radius is 200 yards.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 7 per tick. Its area radius is 200 yards. It ticks every 2 sec, 10 times over the full 20 sec (70 base in total).
- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -10. Its area radius is 200 yards.
What it does
Frost Binds is a Frost spell with a 2.5 sec cast, a range of 100 yards and effects that last 20 sec. When cast it deals Frost damage (base value 30) in a 200 yard radius, applies an aura in a 200 yard radius every 2 sec and applies an aura in a 200 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the snared mechanic. It stacks up to 99 times.
