How it works
Frozen Blood is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It applies the stunned mechanic. It ticks every 2.5 sec, 240 times over the full 10 min. It triggers Frozen Blood.

What it does
