TheWoWDBThe [item=187677] mount is a relatively easy protoform synthesis mount to obtain.
First thing to do is make sure you've unlocked protoform synthesis (mount). To do this, unlock the Sopranian Understanding power on the cypher of the First Ones console. When you have done this, a quest will appear on the map called Finding Tahli. You have to complete this quest. Doing so will unlock protoform synthesis for your character.
Now that is done, you will be able to collect the schematics for all of the mounts. The [item=189465] is at Exile's Hollow on top of an archway /way 31.51 50.30
You will need:
400x [item=188957]. These drop from nearly every enemy in Zereth Mortis.
1x [item=189171]. This will spawn on a dog bed inside the Exile Hollow cave.
1x [item=189152]. These have a small chance to drop from spider enemies in Zereth Mortis. They can also be bought on the auction houseOnce you have obtained all of the materials needed, fly over to where you make the mounts /way 70.18 28.60. and craft your new [item=187677]

To get [item=187677] you need to find [item=189465] in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft
