I got this a couple of days ago from the Invader's chest (linked in comment above) after defending from an Ogre Invasion.
Ofcourse, my invasion of the Ogre's Home only hours before their attack was but a preemtive strike...(Yes it still drops. To get an invasion, go to your garrison, and check your personal mission table, in your town hall. Complete the attack quest, killing mobs might trigger the invasions)
