As of this writing, this Horde-only mount is usable by Alliance characters. If you've unlocked/unpacked this mount via a Horde character, on any Alliance character you can type (or create a macro) to use this mount:
/cast gilded ravasaurI'm guessing this will be removed/patched at some point, so try it out while you still can!
Fixed for me 2/1/18 :[ was using it all morning and by the end of lunch no longer works for myself.
