How it works

Glaciate is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12.
  2. Effect 2 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 25.
  3. Effect 3 is effect type 164, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Glaciate.
  4. Effect 4 is effect type 164, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Glaciate.

What it does

Glaciate is a Frost spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura and deals Frost damage (base value 25). It also casts Glaciate (record #388379) and Glaciate (record #388381).
