I only received 1 per craft, even though the cooking recipe says it's for 2 feasts.
I continued getting only 1 feast until I was skill 100 exactly, calculated with equipped profession items.
I was skill 96 and had a +4 prof item equipped. So at skill 100, you start getting 2 feasts per craft.
