TheWoWDBI just had this drop from a Skrog Wavecrash on the Eye of Azshara while doing a world quest. The zone is just underneath Dalaran on the world map (45, 85) and the cave is on the right side of the isle - Deepbeard's Cove (entrance 60, 35).
