to learn legendary recipes when you reach 100 at your profession go to Runecarver and will have a quest for you just get it and turn it in at your trainer and then u can learn the legendary recipes! :)

If you are 100/100 tailoring and wondering why the remaining recipes are grey, you need to learn them from the Runecarver. He can be found in Torghast in the first room on the right. You unlock the Runecarver by completing the Into Torghast campaign and finding Baine on one of those quests.

After you turn in the Search for Baine quest, the next quest will appear from Ve'nari and this starts a short quest chain to free the Runecarver.

From there you will receive an item to return to your Tailoring trainer.

To get this Quest you need to max tailoring to 100. After that go to [npc=164937] in Torghast to get this Quest The Vessels of the Thread now You need to move to [npc=156681] 45 31 in Oribos.
