Its common, not rare, like the item you looted..
It's very annoying to farm for multiple reasons
1. - The spawn timer is between 30-55 minutes
2. - If you just arrived, double-check if those swarmers that accompany the Swarmbringer are up
[npc=72909] will not spawn until all those swarmers are dead
once you kill the swarmers, the rare clock is reset and you can wait 30-55 minutes again
3. - There will always be someone that is waiting for the rare to spawn, it is always good to repeat RARE SCANNER and put sounds in the backgroundOPTIONS - under System go audio - click Sound in background ON
go alt-tab with your alt (ideally rogue)GL with the drop... its not even close to that rarity number of 10 tries ^^
