Failing to attack a player or attacking a player that is infused with an opposing element empowers Belo'ren, increasing all damage done by 20% for 30 sec. This effect stacks.

How it works

Guardian's Edict is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. It ticks every 1 sec, 15 times over the full 15 sec.
  2. Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Guardian's Edict.

What it does

Guardian's Edict is a Holy and Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Guardian's Edict (record #1260832).
