Tooltip

Melidrussa unleashes a frost wave that inflicts 12.5 Frost damage to all players and launches at them.

How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Dummy (effect type 3). It triggers Hailburst.

What it does

Hailburst is a Frost spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). It also casts Hailburst (record #396044).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
