Once you hit lvl 700 tailoring you make 10 with the daily. Augment that with a Pleasure Bot 8000 in your tailoring emporium and you can make up to 22 in one day. If you are waiting ~5-6 days for each piece it will take 45-54 days to complete a full set. This is for people who want the transmog or want to fill in slots from raiding. Now if we are talking about the ilvl 665 versions which cost 450 hexweave each I agree, you will never see anyone with a full set. They should not have made hexweave soulbound.
