Once your main gets dragonriding, all your alts get it too. That includes all the mounts collected and all the glyphs your main acquired. Just bring up the Dragonriding window, choose skills, and fly away.
It took me a while to figure out that the reason everybody uses the Highland Drake is because it's the one that makes the least amount of annoying noises.
