TheWoWDBSo basically the enemy can never catch up to you. They are running at your speed, they hit you, and then they run very slow. You will see a flame effect on their feet so you will be able to spot which enemies are slowed. Could be excellent for kiting or tanking. Might save your butt out in the open world.
